Registration
When registering for the training day delegates will be asked to select two of the four courses available.  On the day the delegate will attend only one course. The Organisers will do their utmost to ensure that the delegate is registered for one of their choices but this cannot be guaranteed.

On the Day
Delegates must bring their driver's licence and ID, either a passport AND old style paper driving licence OR photo card and counterpart licence.

Please note the following details on cancellations and the fees charged:
• If you cancel on or before 24 December 2009, a full refund will be given.  
• You will be charged 50% of the delegate fee if you cancel between 24 December 2009 and 8 January 2010.
• You will be charged 100% of the delegate fee if you cancel at any time thereafter.
• If you are not able to attend personally, you are welcome to make a substitution at any time.

Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers to alter the venue and content, or the date and timing of the course.
In the event that this course is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the course is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the course and all the Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.

Cancellation of course
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as the Organisers will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible course cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Event Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc.
